Chris - from the SEC filings the Chairman and CEO owns 8.8% of the company, around 770,000 shares if I recall.Other insiders own around 3% or so.

Not as large of insider ownership that I like to see, but enough to align their interest with the interest of the small shareholder in my opinon.
