To All: Just had an interesting thought regarding MM's:
Instead of thinking of ISGI as a $1 stock, think of it as a $100 stock! Now, if you're an MM and have millions of shares that you can sell (and buy back), 1/32 of a $100 stock is ~ $3/share! Guess what: 1/16 is ~ $6/sh!
What difference does it make to the MM if the stock is $1 or $100 if he/she has so many shares that 1/32 or 1/16 of the share price makes him/her $.03/.06 at $1.00 ($300/600 on 10,000 shares (remember, no commissions to be paid), $3,000/$6,000 on 100,000 shares, ad nauseum!) or $3/$6 at $100 ($300/$600 on 100 shares, $3,000/$6,000 on 1,000 shares!) Not a bad days work!
Its all relative. The only solution for this activity, as I see it, is wide acceptance of the stock in the market-place via good earnings, and IB in combo w/a good PR firm! Hopefully, all are in place to converge simultaneously!
You can bet that Lents, Kelman, Booth and Salinas, et al, are shooting in that direction. Their financial futures depend upon it!
