An ice age isn't a little bit of cooling for Europe. It's kilometres of ice on top of the whole of the northern hemisphere. You won't have an ice age and global warming at the same time.

In NZ, an ice age means huge glaciers burying much of the south island. Plus big glaciers over the central plateau of the north island where glacial moraine is all over the place.

If we are getting an ice age, Oregon will freeze too. If we are getting global warming [which I don't believe other than enough to avoid an ice age recurrence], Europe might not get much warmer if the Gulf Stream stops, but it won't get frozen over.
