Because the dems embrace radical people to run and head their party! Do they honestly believe the majority of Americans will turn the keys of govt. over to these political nutjobs? The dems do, and that is why they keep losing elections, even with many people unhappy with Bush. And even with the recent repub scandals, do not assume the dems are going to win midterm elections.
