Millennium Cell and Jadoo Power Form Strategic Alliance Thursday February 9, 10:19 am ET Agreement Includes Joint Development and Licensing of Millennium Cell Technology
EATONTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2006--Millennium Cell Inc. (NASDAQ: MCEL - News), a leading developer of hydrogen battery technology, announced today that it entered into a strategic development and licensing agreement with Jadoo Power Systems Inc., a leading supplier of portable fuel cell power systems. The agreement will allow Jadoo to license Millennium Cell's Hydrogen on Demand® technology for development and commercialization within Jadoo's current line of product offerings.

This is a well time PR, combined with the PR from yesterday related to the new Protonex 150-250 watt fuel cell generator.
One thing I keep in mind is that while Protonex and Jaboo will sell their devices one time, MCEL stands to make quite a bit of money selling refuel cartridges over and over again.. Kind of like deciding if you want to manufacture razors, or razor blades.
MCEL makes the razor blades.
