I am all for full disclosure, ruffy. For example, would you support full disclosure and sanctions for failing it in the following situations?

Any company failing to file SEC reports should be suspended from trading indefinitely until they are current.

TA's should be required to make share structure data available to investors on line and no more out of date than one date.

Insiders who fail to file form 4's as required would face criminal penalties.

Companies should be required to file details of "consulting" services purchased with S-8 shares.

Paid stock promoters should be required to disclose all transactions in the stocks they are promoting on line and in real time, and to give the full legal name and address of the person(s) compensating them for promotion.

Your naked short delusions would disappear like dew in the sunlight with true disclosure.
