Guess what.....Just called Jason at the TA...the numbers I have at the top are wrong. Here's the real numbers:

A/S 500 mil
O/S 244,859,960 !!!
restricted 202,310,935
float 42,549,025

That's great news! The other numbers he gave me were from last year. He said it was his mistake because he they were the new TA and made a miscalculation from the IROC aquisition.

Can you believe it. Good news form a TA for once. Solid share structure! Our kind of company!
