So much for the myth of the 'liberal media'. Laughable from the start, now it's just idiotic. Big stories yesterday: Bush lies about knowing/meeting with Abramoff. Cheney commits possible treason in authorizing release of national security secrets for lame political attack. And the headlines? Olympics and Brown/Katrina. The media is divided into two groups: right wing sycophants and money grubbers like FOX; and the cowed middle of the road 'mass media'. Bush is being given a free ride; just ONE of these daily stories of Bush lies and incompetence would have generated screams from the media. Must be because of the constant stream of bad news: corruption, lies, incompetence. People has just gotten used to the fact that this President is the worst President we have ever had. He's so bad, we're not surprised the next day when things get worse.
