You really want to make mom with four kids be penalized for not driving a beer can? The guy is probably driving a beater that gets 20 MPG. He can go our and get a Toyota Corolla for less that $7K net, interest free loan, get 35MPG, and net same a lot of money on gas. Yeah, he has about a $145 car payment... still not too bad for a new car with great mileage.
