To quote Mr. Westergaard, "I believe you've hit the proverbial nail on he head". If they really had anything on Pluvia, I believe Steve would have been reading it first on the wire services closely followed by a copy of the civil complaint.

I don't know whether you noticed or not, but the letter was from the same attorney who represented PLSIA in their contract with Eyesys Technologies. I assume his practice is primarily business acquistions and security law. It appears to me that PLSIA hasn't turned it over to a defammation specialist yet.
