I dont see the big deal on the border IF we have a reasonable worker program. We had one in Fla. (course a much smaller scale) for the sugar industry and it worked well till the do gooders got involved. If you were a Mexican and ALL you wanted was a chance to come here and pick vegetable and you could do it by merely going to a station along the border and fill out a form why wouldnt you do that rather then pay someone to try and sneak you in? jdn
