Don, you left off the OTHER SIDE of the equation. After installing a good guest worker program you ENFORCE the law and COME DOWN HARD on any employer of undocumented aliens. If they cant find work they wont come. Easier to be POOR in Mexico then to be POOR in USA unless of course you GIVE THEM the same benefits you give our American Citizen poor, which OUGHT TO BE STOPPED. jdn
