Another possiblility is that KRY may lose in court. Can't you even consider that this might happen? The market price of KRY indicates that the market thinks that the chances of KRY winning are low, otherwise it would be trading more in the $10-12 CDN range. Look at both sides of the street before crossing it, it doesn't hurt. Before you dismiss me completly, note that I am still long on KRY (for how much longer I don't know). I am getting impatient with KRY management who is telling us zilch! It all rests on blind faith. In a court situation, this is extemely risky, thus the stock price today. We have absolutely NO INFORMATION on what is going on and have to rely on the "pump and dump" rumours spread here and on StockHouse.
