uBid had a busy day. A name change (uBid.com Holdings, Inc.) and a new stock symbol (UBHI.OB)... otcbb.com ...followed by a registration statement for everyone's shares... sec.gov Given the low float - at least until the registration statement is declared effective - UBHI could enjoy a bit of a run. So far, this transaction has been a very low profile event. Aside from a brief mention in Chicago Crain's, the local media has taken a pass.
