<BTW-If were to pick the ideal R&D system for getting the best performance, I would really be comparing everyone to ISI. I think the Micrascan has a tough uphill battle in the industry. Not to say they can't overcome it but ASMLF, Canon and Nikon are a formidable trio.> I'm a bit puzzled by this and maybe you can help me out on this...what do you mean R&D? As opposed to a production machine? And can you comment on "scanners" vs other machines as they relate to DUV? Its my impression that everyone is going to step and scan? DAK
