Good luck. A waste of time and effort even to talk with the regulators. For one thing Canada has no national regulator, just Province by Province and the exchange is not in the least bit interested in pursuing such an issue. Try finding who to complain to on their site:http://www.tsx.com/

Second you could never prove that any impropriety took place unless some insider admitted to it. All the action can be attributed to the vagaries of the market, the bad drill results and later European investors,a new property with a JV
funding the drills plus a new geo and a planned second drilling on the first property. CGE came to convince me of a bad smell and what I believe may have happened and what you can prove are miles apart. The answer is those who bought high and sold low were not as smart as those who bought low and sold high. Not fair perhaps not just but an unavoidable reality.

Cheers,
Ogi
