If you find something more than a blog that thinks the media is "violative" of a law without citing any specific provisions or cases, let me know. I'm sure cases exist if that is the actual legal standard. Feel free to post some. The Supreme Court didn't consider the Pentagon papers to be espionage, so I would guess precedent is not on your side. And why hasn't Bush's DOJ indicted anyone outside government for discussing the eavesdropping program? People are starting to confuse blogs with reality.
