Google search doesnt generate much. Incorporated in Rhode Island and they also have a 13G for Manatron (MANA). but...... ELIOT ROSE ASSET MANAGEMENT had 8.7% stake in Par Technology (PTC) in 2004 but doesn't appear to have it today, 8/16/05 SC13 for Cobra Electronics (COBR), NBSC 5.4% holder in 4/2005, DPII 13G 11/2005 (yahoo doesnt show them as a current holder but who knows how accurate their info really is), Astro-Med (ALOT) as of 2/10/06. Gary Siperstein is owner of Eliot Rose Asset Management, an investment advisory firm in Providence, RI. He appears to be fairly active in the Jewish community of Providence as well with numerous large $$$ donations. It also appears that Siperstein is the manager of Tapestry, which was formed in 2003. Looks like these guys invest in pretty sleepy biotech stocks for the most part. Some of those hardly trade any volume. Be interesting to hear their thoughts on SIGA.
