Ron, generally companies that threaten legal action against their critics are good short candidates. While I agree with you that it is not illegal to discuss a short position or your motives behind it, it can be dangerous to your financial health to defend a lawsuit even though it may be frivolus.

Bottom line: short posts should always be factual and in good taste.

FWIW, I either am or have been short both PLSIA and PRST.
