Adam Sornoff is a brilliant man! His recommendation on FORE systems did prove to be quite a profitable stock tip after all. Overall gain after his tip was quite substantial! "NEW YORK (CNNfn) - The General Electric Co. Plc. agreed Monday to acquire Fore Systems Inc. for $4.5 billion in a deal further enhancing the company's position into the telecommunications business. Terms of the deal call for GEC to extend Fore shareholders a cash tender offer on April 30 of $35 a share, a 43 percent premium above the company's closing price."
