IMO< if you are going to insult somebody, you had better be ready for an as kicking. In this country, freedom of speech is a civil right that is flaunted with complete disregard for injury. In other societies, there is no freedom of speech. You don't go around insulting other peoples religion on a mass scale without inciting a riot. The Danish and French papers were foolish to flagrantly insult the Muslims. However, maybe they are looking to become enemies in case war erupts in Iran. Maybe they want a piece of the next battle. Too bad that is not going to happen. The Iranians are not going to risk WW3 just to create nuclear weapons which would incite WW3, especially when they don't have nukes to protect themselves in the first place. No deterrence, not wmd program.

It is totally baffling that the press is trying to promote racial hatred against the Muslims in Europe. IMO, the press needs to keep separating the terrorists from the general population of Muslims. However, the press has done a pathetic job representing the conflict in Iraq as a demonstration against the US. They are too stupid to count the fact that most of the casualties of terrorism have been Muslims.
