Did you look at the appendix of the Greenblatt book? There is a lot of detail there, including the items in that FAQ. I can come pretty close to the list on magicformulainvesting. Some of the difference between my list and the generated one depends on how up to date the data is - the magicformulainvesting site is more up to date.
