Tony, welcome aboard the Big I train. Good to see this thread active with some fellow investors. Compared to all the other area players, this puppy is " bargain basement priced. " It would be a different story if our land position was larger, but hey, maybe we got the big one!! Here's hoping anyways. Leonard
