I saw a quote from Pat Leahy among others saying that Congress will do whatever they need to the FISA legislation to make it work the way Bush wants it to.

Judging from the anemic and even cowardly resistance to the Bush Administration from the "Opposition Party", and seeing as how nearly every insider who publicly denounces the Admin tends to apologize the next day, I would not be surprised to learn of NSA-generated intelligence on a domestic "enemy list" that would make Nixon blush.
