A lot of folks don't want to admit that Bush is a borderline marginal politician at best. Maybe he is. But he keeps winning. What does that make the Democrats? Reminds me of a family story of the world chess champion in the 1920s, Alekhin, who, when he lost one championship match, jumped on the table and screamed, "Why must I lose to such an idiot?!" But everybody knows that chess grandmasters are all a little crazy. What is the Democrats' excuse?
