If I am not mistaken, both the US and Israel have said they will not let Iran have nuclear weapons under any circumstances, so I think the odds are they will take them out.

I will admit to worrying about this. What conflagration will ensue if we or Israel take out Iran's weapons.

Who will align with who and what will happen to our troops in Iraq?

It seems that this would be a very dangerous road to go down.

Iran has said it will launch missles at Israel and china has said, I think, that an attack by Israel on Iran will be considered an attack by the US.

This looks to be very serious to me.
