Free trade in actuality is a utopian ideal. We don't have free trade, nor will we ever have free trade. What we will have that will mistakenly go under the banner of free trade will be trade operating under rigged international law that serves better those who can afford to pay dearly for legal advantage. That is not free trade. It is another rigged game that is pretending to be fair. So you and I disagree on fair trade. I recognize that while corporations pay a lot so that their interests can be defended legally, no one is defending the interests of the common good or the interests of poor and disadvantaged people.

I also disagree with your comment about market oriented solutions and the one about corporate power. In both cases those with wealth have the advantage to be able to protect their legal interests while the poor have no ability to do so. So it is not a level playing field.
