Thanks for the info.

I checked PE of several RETAIL-APP/SHOE companys:

DBRN 19.26, FEET 21.32, GDYS 24.61, SUIT 35.17, SCVL 20.74.

BCFI has a annual est earning $1.04. Now we can safely update it to $1.1. With PE 20 (25 will be more reasonable) that will give us price $22! So BFCI at $15 is really cheap. I think it won't last too long.
