It's amazing that 1-2 years of record growth in prices can disappear in such a short time. The bought in 04, prices went ballistic in 05, and now they are already trying to just recoup what they paid... and they have a hefty commission to pay when they sell! In other words, they are going to lose money on their home. Wonder what prices will be like in another few months.
