OH NO!!!!!! Okee-Boy... don't tell me that you're part of the Cartel!!! It is my humble opinion that you resign your position post-haste. Any company that issues 13 million shares in REG S stock, then deservedly gets pummeled by short sellers who were probably the same folks who did the Reg S (lock in profits). THEN after the stock is slammed to .02 they decide to do a, what was it, 300-1 reverse split?? Slammed by the mmkrs again!! But lo and behold, we see the CEO and an associate writing themselves 1.8 million in S-8 stock options and then enlist "The Cartel" to assist them in fighting off the shorts taking the stock from .28 to over $3 in under 3 weeks time. My god!!! This is just my opinion and I know I promised to sit on the sidelines awhile, but I just had to respond to this one. Take a look at the last two news releases for OVIS. I wouldn't ANY of my money to a man with such a track record of destroying shareholder equity. The OVIS CEO has shown all the signs of mismangament and profiteering. Just my humble opinion.
