Periods of warming and cooling are normal, man. We have lots of evidence of that. Not much further back than 800,000 years though. beyond that backwards and thus forward looking, everything is but guessing.

The "Global Warming" religious nuts claim, however, that what goes on right now, evidence of which is the warming since 1970, is evidence of a totally new trend:

First time ever that Mighty Man of Earth and Universe has through his stupidity been able to change those cycles into an exponential curve of man made heating with dire consequences to follow soon.

That is the hoax of global warming.
