No, but it obviously only takes a dozen to cause a lot of damage, so it makes no sense to increase risk by selling your port to the country that unintentionally financed terrorism.

The violence over the cartoon is about per capita and oppression. If England were being bombed and taken over by Saudia Arabia while our per capita was as low as Palestine's, our country's reaction would be no different. Because people are people - their behavior is dictated by conditions. ME countries are oppressed. Syria and Iran are instigating anger from this cartoon in order to manipulate their people by getting them angry (and thus supportive to whatever Iran might do.)
