Wait, Isn't a car dealer supposed to say.... "Buy Now Because Rates Can Only Go UP, UP, UP"? I don't think it's a fait accompli that Bernanke will ease right away. But whether he does or not I am not comfortable with owning a (now) 30 year note at current rates. There is too much potential for flux. I think this administration is a parallel to Carter's. If it takes a Volker to come along to pull the wagons together these rates will leave your Principal in ashes.
