If it is possible I should like to hear from those of you who are on this thread as to whether or not you carry homeowners.

I have had a home since 23 year of age.. AND never have had a claim.. . Now I am 75 and when I think of all those years that I have paid... out of fear of liability ... fire.. theft and the sums add up. NOW to add insult to injury I have this bill to pay of 1500 dollars and for what. Probably since I did new roof and got storm shutters a storm will never hit Sarasota.

HOWEVER if you don't have insurance.. is there a policy of some kind.. fire and theft that can be written. ADVICE PLEASE.

TY.
