2/10/2006 NOVC Biotech Novacea files for IPO Novacea, a biopharmaceutical company focused on in-licensing and commercializing novel therapies for the treatment of cancer, registered for an initial public offering Friday afternoon. Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse are listed as the joint book runners on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced. 2/10/2006 BMTI Drug developer BioMimetic Therapeutics files for IPO BioMimetic Therapeutics, a designer of bio-active drug-device combination products for the healing of musculoskeletal injuries and diseases, registered for an initial public offering Friday morning. Deutsche Bank and Pacific Growth Equities head the quartet of underwriters on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be disclosed.
