Azamoff was a great writer. I enjoyed his works, as well as Heinlein. As a child of the rocket age, space has been more intriguing to me than it must have been to those who were adults when Apollo 8 circled the moon on Christmas Eve.(http://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/lunar/apollo8_xmas.html)

I was ten years old. That was one of the images that excited me and helped form my love of space, and space travel. Many of my cohort do not have the level of love that I have.

It is only natural that space Sci Fi would capture my interest.
