Cheney has broken the law according to Libby. If true, he needs to step down ASAP and then face treason charges.

Cheney should also not have run away from his attempted manslaughter shooting accident in Texas. And he should have reported it the same day it happened, not waited 24 hours. This is immoral and unethical behavior, as well as illegal.
