If you or I shot a man and refused to report it, we would be charged or suspected of attempted manslaughter, or worse.
But Cheney can shoot a man and sneak out of town. Prof he believes he's above the laws of the land.

A friend of my father's in the 60's killed a guy during a hunting trip and was in big trouble legally and ethically. He was charged with manslaughter though it was an accident. No one ever trusted him again. He lost his job and friends.

Clearly, Cheney was selfish and reckless as hell, despite the attempt by dishonest war profiteer fat cat Halliburton crony Armstrong to whitewash it and blame the victim.

This issue has legs. It reveals the real Dick Cheney, and it relates to his commiting treason by intentionally leaking the CIA's agent's name in order to destroy her and her husband. It's just another form of manslaughter, though intentional and highly illegal.
