Umm, oil is organic matter.

Claiming this is evidence shows a total lack of understanding how oil formations work. It isn't possible to pump a formation totally dry, ask any geologist. And as interstitial water flows into the voids, a reserve can be repressurized. But this takes time. This is also why there are stripper wells, which operate at a very low volume, measured in gallons per day, to take advantage of this.

And by presenting no evidence, this is credible because?....

I understand that logic doesn't even rank in your hot 100, but consider this. Yes, abiotic methane is common in the universe. But on at least two occasions in Earth's history, once while condensing and the other when the Moon was formed, the Earth was totally molten. That would have had a negative affect on all that pre-formation methane....
