So how does anyone of Cheyney's age and condition in their right state of mind turn around 180 degrees and mindlessly pull the trigger, shooting a man instead of some birds?
Was he blindfolded or just incredibly limber at the hip?
He was reckless and arrogant, just like he is in office.
