COMMISSION ANNOUNCEMENTS CHAIRMAN LEVITT TO TESTIFY Chairman Levitt will testify on Monday, September 22, before the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations concerning fraud in the "micro cap" market. The hearing will take place at 1:30 p.m. in Room 342 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. and the link.. sec.gov from the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs home page... September 22, 1997-Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations hearing on Fraud in the Micro-Cap Securities Industry. Hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and the link.... senate.gov Fred Thompson chairs the full committee. Didn't see any SC folks listed. Now Ron, don't go in there and shout anyone down or create a ruckus!
