well Sandeep there are periods of fertile competition like in the early DB days when Oracle, Sybase and Informix were literally battling neck and neck. Or Cisco against whoever (wellfleet? Bay?) But then one day in 1994 the game was over. Thats what happened to GOOG this last quarter, just like oracle or Cisco in 1994. Of course yahoo and MSN will continue to roll out new services but once your share is below 20%, especially if you are only one of 2 me-too players, it is tough to recover. Never say never of course, but tough.
