It appears that PLSIA is stating that if you don't go away, they plan to file lawsuits that would cost you significant resources to properly defend against. Such a lawsuit may involve many first-of-their-kind issues which may require an attorney with unique talent, and would most likely be expensive.

You may have already consider contacting the Cyberspace Law Institute (CLI) at

www.ll.georgetown.edu/lc/cli.html

The CLI may be able to recommend an appropriate attorney. Perhaps there may be an attorney who would work at a reduced fee for a chance to handle these first-of-their-kind issues.

Another option would be to pursue the possibility of allowing the CLI to resolve any dispute PLSIA may have with you. The CLI web site discusses a plan for a pilot program for resolving disputes about online postings through new, rapid-response, online arbitration.
