If she's worried about her own population, she should be focused on creating policies that encourage intelligent people within her own population to have children, rather than eliminating abortion so drug addicts from her population that get knocked up when they are high on drugs can simply have more FTT babies.

( FTT is a medical term that stands for fail to thrive )
