AS, Your rightwing leaders are the ones responsible for it. yes we are all responsible as consumers, but the choices are not being given to us.

BS, AS. You are free to buy a hybrid car. You are free to ride a bike to work. You are free to carpool, take mass transit, and do whatever it takes to lower your own consumption of gas.

These are YOUR choices. No one is forcing you to buy gas-guzzling SUVs. Not even Bush.
