The WOT should not be the top issue. Rather the top issue should be winning the war on terror. Bush has drained the resources of this country in a war which he terms as a war on terror. But is he winning the war? If he is then how is it that the rekigious fundamentalists are getting the better of Bush everywhere; Hamas, radical Shias in Iraq, Iran etc. Take for example eavesdropping. Has it produced any results? Nush says that the enemy is listening and hence too much talk about the program diminishes its effectiveness. But we all know how Osama escaped in the Tora Bora by outsmarting the US when he gave his cell phone to his body guard and told him to flee in a direction opposite to where he headed. Show me where Bush is making a headway in the war on terror.
