I see why Oliphant is on the board now: "The immediate priorities for the Company will be to upgrade and expand the resources at the Mesquite Mine, complete the Mesquite Mine feasibility study and bring the Mesquite Mine into full production." "Mr. Oliphant, the Company's new Chairman of the Board, commented, "I am delighted that we are able to combine a very experienced and capable team with the potential of the Mesquite Mine....." They plan to make a mine at looks like Oliphant thinks they can do it. That says a lot! But everything has a price: "The Company sold 12,333,333 units at a purchase price per unit of $0.30 in the initial closing and expects to close on an additional 7,666,667 units...." Lets see that is 20m shares plus 10m more shares when warrants are exercised....and then this is this: "In conjunction with the appointment of the new Directors and management team, the Company granted 7.6 million stock options to the new team." new.stockwatch.com The new team did not come cheaply! So the stock is up 73% in one day and dilution is coming to the tune of 37m shares? They better find something real good to support that flood..... Plus they have spent all the money rasied by the private placement just above.....wonder what their current cash position is and what the float is before the above.... Still on the fence on this one.....
