Joe Dancy noted on Sep 17 1997 8:52AM EST that: Company does have a buyback program underway that they started in April if I recall, then doubled the program at the end of July so they think the stock is undervalued. Joe it is true that the company does have an active buyback plan in place; however, it is only there to off-set stock option incentives granted to management --not as a vote of confidence unfortunately. I've been long for two and a half years on BIOI and am still long, maybe very long if the dollar gains more strength. Take a look at the 5 year chart at quote.yahoo.com You'll see that BioSource has been and will be in a period of consolidation for a while after tremendous moves up in 1995 and early 1996. Maybe 1998 or 1999 we'll see some stock appreciation. I don't have high hopes for this year. We'll see. Best, Tim
