So you don't even wonder if alcohol was involved? Would you care if this were the case? I mean the last thing Cheney needs is hunting while intoxicated, this after two previous OUIs.

And you don't even wonder why all of the birds didn't fly into the air upon hearing the first shot, apparently fired from Whittington?

And doesn't it seem odd that a man with a loaded weapon could approach the vice president from behind, even though hunting?

And isn't it strange that the owner of the ranch became Cheney's spokesperson, instead of someone on Cheney's staff?

Do you think the delay existed because perhaps they wanted someone else to take the fall, instead of Cheney?

And, under the circumstances, don't you think it would have been better if Cheney had stayed longer--if but for any reason to continue seeing his wounded friend in the hospital?
