First off, I hunt. So going into the "pristine wilderness" is a reason to go hunting all by itself. I can go for the weekend, not see any game and be quite pleased with my hunt.

Canned hunts are for people who want to shoot something, anything and pay for that privelege. A lot of the canned hunts places have "see so much game" guarantees. A lot of canned hunters want trophies, not meat.

If you are a PETA, animal loving person that hates hunting, we may as well not even talk because hunting has an incredible amount more pluses than minuses and those people at PETA refuse to see that.

Hunting is not evil at all. Having people let caged pheasants go in front of you is an affront to hunting. This was not a canned hunt as I understand it, the pheasant hunt was.
